Welcome to LM Copywriting (Again!)

If you’ve been following my story for the last four years, all I can say is: congratulations! With little to no content, I’ve made it hard for you. So, you’re either a hardcore fan or a super stalker. Either way, I appreciate the love.

Yes, four years ago, I took the plunge, left my safety net, and dove into the world of freelancing. WHAT WAS I THINKING?

For a long time, I played the role of an industry newbie, hopeful writer, and a Karen Brady wannabe. It took me a while and a lot of reassurance to realise I was already all of these things. I’m top tier! Ok, a bit too far, let’s deflate the ego. But honestly, I’m pretty good at what I do. And why? Because I love doing it!

So, it was time for my brand, website, and social media to reflect this. You know, all the things I tell my clients to do.

Ironically, rewriting my website was my biggest hurdle. Like Voldemort, lmcopywriting.com would rear its ugly head and remind me it wasn’t going anywhere. With no horcruxes to destroy, I had to face the challenge head-on. I was advised to treat my website like a client project. Great advice. The problem? I treated it like a client – it didn’t sound like me. And even though I know SEO is essential for Google rankings, authenticity is always better. More importantly, it's sustainable! Forever is a long time not to be yourself.

Right now, I’m happy with what I’ve achieved, where I’m at, and where I’m going. My expertise lies in website copy and long-form content, including blog posts, articles, Christmas copy, and heartwarming memoirs. My mission is to take the stress of content writing off your shoulders and help you create your own stories.

Big plans and exciting times are only a page or two away, and I hope you stick around to join me. I promise not to make it such a Lord of the Rings kind of adventure, although that sounds kind of fun!
